What's on view is a bloated youth-appeal picture with disappointing effects and a very thin story. Production values notwithstanding, it has the feel of a direct-to-video title perfect for babysitting duties.

I remember this as a little girl and loved it ...showed my daughter clips of it and she is obsessed with dinosaurs x

It was awesome as a youngster, then when I bought the DVD, I didn't think it was as cool, but I still think it's an overall okay flick.

I saw this back in the day on TV... When i was a kid i thought Theodore Rex was a cool puppet, but i was also disgusted by the sight of whoopie in skin tight latex vinyl. It's not a plesant sight.
