I saw this back in the day on TV... When i was a kid i thought Theodore Rex was a cool puppet, but i was also disgusted by the sight of whoopie in skin tight latex vinyl. It's not a plesant sight.

What's on view is a bloated youth-appeal picture with disappointing effects and a very thin story. Production values notwithstanding, it has the feel of a direct-to-video title perfect for babysitting duties.

finally a movie where blacks and dinosaurs can put aside their differences long enough to solve a crime of some sort
