Two best friends in college Mitch and Elizabeth make a pact that if in ten years after graduation they are both not married they will marry each other. Ten years later Mitch (still single) finds out Elizabeth never got married so he decides to travel across the country, find her and follow through on their pact. Ouffff...pauvre Haylie ! Toute une carriere ! Bref, Ã§a ne s'ameliore pas avec ce film d'un "romantisme" absurde et desagreable. L'histoire d'une conne qui sort avec un con qui n'a jamais remarque que son meilleur ami etait parfait et fou amoureux d'elle ! Dah !

omg it's horrible, couldn't stop watching b/c script was so bad, it's like nobody sat down to plot it out in advance, just wrote a bunch of random shiz happening, there are a few moments, here and there, they made me thing, okay... that was something right there. I lol at the end re lack of wedding scene i.e. no money

A romantic comedy that really brings nothing new to the table. So basically, if you want something remotely funny that fits a well tested mold, you can watch this and still be happy.

I thought the storyline was a bit of a cliché even before I started watching it. But I just needed something to do. I needed something simple and something that wasn't terrible, but it didn't have to be amazing either. This movie is a cliché and it didn't bring anything new to the table. You've probably seen this movie a thousand times before and you've probably seen similar movies that are a lot better than this one. It was watchable, I didn't feel the urge to turn it off, but it still left me somewhat empty afterwards.
