A shame to see Ray Liotta slumming in straight to dvd stuff like this. A half decent idea not aided by a poor script, crap editing and obvious lack of budgetry funds.

This was a strange but nevertheless intriguing motion picture! Kept me wondering who was the killer until the moment the director allows the viewer to see who it was..Again an unusual story and bizarre crimes but at the end one puts the pieces together. Ray Liotta plays a decorated homicide detective, the best in the station and suddenly his life becomes a puzzle and he becomes the prime suspect as several crime victims appear dead. The common link is that all slept with him! Ving Rhames plays his job partner and Christian Slater also co-star in this thriller. Recommended!

A lower-budget production made in Spokane, you can see the seams. A mix of veteran actors like Ray Liotta, combined with quite a number of probably-local actors. You can see and appreciate the different in acting skill. An actor like Liotta is obviously more naturally gifted than most of those around him. And, although professionally produced, the movie often comes across as a small, independent film. As with many scripts, you can see plot points coming a ways off. And, things get pretty convoluted as the movie goes along. This pushes things far past the point of any credulity. A major plot point involves a religious fanatic, the always-too-easy go-to place for screenwriters to use for someone who's crazy. There are interesting elements to the movie, but they are undone by the overt theatrics of the plot.

Ray Liotta stars as a detective whose past girlfriends get slaughtered by a serial killer. Of course there's more to the story then this plot and it does contain some surprises. The movie was well-made and even stars Christian Slater as a douchebag.
