Like the subject of a well-told proverb, Will is forced to learn about loyalty and trust while he navigates the dense moral grayness between society's definitions of right and wrong.

Depressing, but much of life is depressing, so at least it was more true to life than many other films with happy feel good endings. I wanted Nate to escape, and he and the boy go North. I wish the boy had said something sooner. He could have just led the pattyrollers North, instead of telling them that Nate was there. A film I could watch once, but I wouldn't watch it again.
