Believe me, I love stupid movies like this but this probably never should have been filmed in the first place. Super cliche and kind of just boring. Wanted to laugh but mostly fell asleep.

Tomorrow, Sept. 30, is the premiere of this wild, wacky, and over-the-top comedy, by the makers of AMERICAN PIE. Be sure to catch it for a good time at the movies! Two guys following their dream of a better life, with the aid of a millionaire's mansion, a bevy of beautiful girls and one wild ride of a party. Lots of people have asked me what are some of the funniest films I have seen this year (2011), and I don't hesitate with my #1: THE POOL BOYS! People need to check this awesome film out, and the best place to do that is Movies On Demand! Best to see with a bunch of your buds so you don't feel silly laughing so hard all by yourself. Matthew Lillard plays a ne'er-do-well who has been feeding his family stories of success, so when his cousin turns up hoping for a job opportunity, things get silly quickly as they find themselves living in one of the mansions where Lillard works as a pool boy, and running a string of prostitutes. Y'know, like you do. It's pretty harmless, but it's also fairly boring, save for a few good jokes and some nice nudity to keep it from losing you entirely. Rental? At best?

Totally agree with comments already listed here. The Pool Boys was just awesomely funny. Took me by surprise. I saw this On Demand last weekend with some pals and we're all in agreement. One of the best we have seen.
