I'm a fan of the old Wes Craven movies. This one is scary because it is so original, don't watch it alone.

Since this is a movie about deranged racists driven by a virulent strain of midcentury Christian moralism to keep children in cages while conspiring to disenfranchise the poor, that’s not going to work. Everything that happens in this movie could happen next month and it would be a one-day cable-news story that Fox would probably not cover.

Creepy and humorous. The funniest part is I had "The Talking Heads" songs playing in my head while watching this movie because Evertt Mcgill kinda looks like David Byrne to me. Fun characters and dialogue set in a great house perfect for a horror film.

I watched this when i was 13 years old, it frightened the hell outta me back then, its definetly a Wes craven one alright, preety sick and twisted humour, loads of blood and guts, one of my favorite films out there, (and believe me ive seen alot)

Just another crazy gore flick about a crazy brother & sister. It's worth a peek.
