The Magnificent Seven Ride! (1972)

Marshal Chris Adams turns down a friend's request to help stop the depredations of a gang of Mexican bandits. When his wife is killed by bank robbers and his friend is killed capturing the last thief, Chris feels obligated to take up his friend's cause and recruits a writer and five prisoners to destroy the desperadoes.

Nice ending to the series. Again, there is a whole new cast. Great movie.

have to be honest i think this oine was clearly one movie two far dont get me wrong the ating in it was pretty good and and the storyline was reasonable but was one to far

What started off as a good Lee Van Cleef vehicle as a merciless gun slinger turned marshall who's wife is kidnapped, raped & killed by some bank robbers turns into a tiresome Magnificent 7 entry rather sloppily thrown together so it can be a cash in for those who want to hear the theme song once again. Now I haven't seen any of the other Magnificent 7 movies yet but this one seems to be a weak entry; too bad because it started off pretty good but mostly due to Lee Van Cleef. Fans of his should check it out; those fans of the original probably not
