This was really good. I've never seen this, but now I have. Rachel Weisz won Best Supporting Actress in this movie back in 2006. Ralph Fiennes is also is in this movie. I liked it very much

Exhilarating...a beautifully woven intricate love story/political thriller with superb acting and a showcase of the blisteringly perfect direction of Meirelles...My head was spinning right up until the abrupt and brilliant final scene. One of the best films of 2005.

Catching, interesting and witty... I definitively felt in lovve with this ilm... it shows a two different realities colliding inevitably in a chaotic situation!

It sticks to a pretty traditional political thriller plot, but The Constant Gardener is truly successful because it also tells the heart-wrenching story of a man looking for the truth about the murder of the one he loves. It's this emotional investment- fueled by outstanding performances from Fiennes and Weisz- that makes the big picture of the film so much more personal.
