The Base (1999)

Major Murphy, a US Army Investigator, has received a new assignment. Sgt. Gammon is suspected of dealing cocaine from his base, and Murphy must gather enough evidence to shut down Gammon and his entire operation. Along with his partner, Lt. Andrews, the Major goes undercover to infiltrate the gang and find out just how far up the chain of command these activities are going.

Army major infiltrates rogue military unit honing in on East LA drug trade. Offers hope that drug traffic in America's urban centers can be eliminated with simple deployment of small Army tactical units. Mark Lester has slipped since COMMANDO.

cheap as chips action film starring mark dascoscas I say it all the time this guy should have had a better career in film. I'm guessing picking roles like this didn't help him. here he plays an undercover army guy having to go to a currupt army base. some fight scenes are ok but nothing else really stands out.

Just a dumb film. About a group of troops killing drug dealers and then selling said drugs. Another marine is sent in to bring them down. The acting is bad and rhe entire ending is just laughable....the tank was super cheesy.
