Here you go ... the worst of the Amityville series. In a fairly arbitrary series of films shoe-horned into being sequels to "The Amityville Horror", this is the most arbitrary and shoe-horned of the lot. It doesn't even really try to connect itself to the original house, it's just another haunted house story set in Amityville. Well, it's a pretty dreadful and boring haunted house story.

I waited so long to see this, just because it's the only Amityville movie not yet on DVD in the USA, and boy was I disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this movie, that is unless you would enjoy watching five annoying adults sit around an old dirty 'haunted' house for an hour and a half. Not much happens during the movie at all. It took me a while to realize this doesn't even have any sort of connection to the other Amitvyille movies. It's a different house in the same town. But I do admit that I liked the last fifteen minutes where it become a fun B movie..and I LOVED the scene where she waked up and starts writing 'FORGIVE ME 111', the pencil tip breaks, and yet in the next shot she's still writing. Hahaha
