Some kids go water skiing and decide to picnic on an abandoned island. Only it isn't abandoned. A scientist is busy creating zombie slaves for communist agents. She grabs the kids to be the subjects of further experiments. This is not a good movie. The acting is just terrible and little of it makes much sense. It does have zombie gorillas and teenage girls in shorts, so there's that going for it.

These old horror movies are always a hit or miss proposition. Sometimes they can be fun; this isn't one of those. The characters all act as if the don't have an ounce of brains in their heads. There is only one zombie in the movie, and his "special effect" to show he is a zombie is to roll his eyes upward into his head. Awful, wooden acting and no campy fun. Terrible.

Just what you would expect from the title. Yes, it?s a low budget 1950?s style horror flick. Poor acting, awful score, and a very stupid story.

I really enjoyed the guy in the gorilla suit and the feel good ending. Other than that it was sub-par acting and pretty ridiculous.

When watching Teenage Zombies I kept thinking..when are they going to gas those girls? That was a big build up for me. I was wanting these girls (especially the blond that Ivan had a thing for) to get gases & turned into zombies. I don't think that too much to ask from a movie called Teenage Zombies. So they finally gas the girls (which was a lot less exciting then I thought it was; I thought when they gassed the guy in the gorilla suit was uneventful) & they're turned into mindless zombies..& I didn't notice a difference. A little bit @ the beginning but it's like they forgot they were zombies. I know the gas was supposed to be temporary but it ware off w/in a matter of seconds. Bad acting, bad script, bad fucking movie
