This is a heart-wrenching story about a happy-go-lucky 17 year-old boy with a passion for life and love. Under his free spirit are problems that he must deal with. great story and great film - my american husband had trouble understanding some of the dialog w/out subtitles :)

GOOD STORY, AT TIMES VERY INSPIRING AS WELL AS DEPRESSING. THE ACTING IS EXCELLENT, PARTICULARLY JUDY DAVIS AND GEOFFREY RUSH. GOOD SCORE, A LITTLE REPETITIVE AT TIMES.
