Excellent documentary. Definitely one of my favorite. Obesity being such an epidemic in this country, I wish more people would see it.

As my Grandma Ayon says: Eat to Live, Don't Live to Eat. It's amazing how badly his body got destroyed in a month of eating only McDonalds and of how much this film has changed fast food joints. His liver was in state that normally happens when someone binge drinks and now there are no longer a "super size" options. There are also nutrition charts at almost every place now which are SO HELPFUL. I just think about my early twenties and how I used to binge drink AND eat fast food in the middle of the night usually with several packets of ranch! Can't imagine what my liver must've been like! Aye! I have wanted to watch this since it came out and I'm glad I finally did.
