Oscar and Arthur are two actors without fortune who survive unemployment with a routine street, where one represents the thief and the other to the police. I saw this film recently upon the recommendation of a friend, and I found it to be a very good comedy. I saw it on You Tube for free without English subtitles, and then bought the DVD from Amazon, with the subtitles. The film takes place in Mexico City and then later in the film, in the Mexican state of Durango
