A disappointment that entertains. Decent photography, dark premise, and some good acting, unfortunately, don't make up for its' overall poor execution. Still, I say rent it. Kilmer AND 50 Cent. Ruthless cops. Lawless New Orleans.

Substandard script and Seagal-level acting, this feels like a TV movie pepped up with some watchable sex and violence. Kilmer is Kilmer, Stone should have retired after Casino and either 50 Cent is the most restrained, reserved actor ever or he actually sleeps while performing. Dirty cops, corrupt Feds and criminal gangs blow each other away for 90 minutes then a hint of post-Hurricane Katrina political comment is attempted as the credits roll, odd.

Bad acting by 50 cent multiplied by an old Sharon Stone and silly dialogues propel this movie into the category of "omg - what was this movie about?". Val Kilmer wasn't that bad but even he couldn't save this movie.

Decent enough film surprisingly. Ok plot, Ok acting, pretty kool how its set in new orleans like, gives it an interesting undertone yeh BOOM!
