I watched this film in a documentary film class in college. Moskowitz definitely knows he's making a movie and I think he plays into that somewhat in his filming and telling of the story, but it was quite an enjoyable doc.

The film doesn't exactly sell you on the merits of The Stones of Summer, but it does make you want to run out to the bookstore to pick up some Kafka or some Faulkner.
