Psychiatrist Sam Foster has a new patient, Henry Letham, who claims to be suicidal. In trying to diagnose him, Sam visits Henry's prior therapist and also finds Henry's mother -- even though Henry has said that he murdered both of his parents. As reality starts to contradict fact, Sam spirals into an unstable mental state. Then he finds a clue as to how and when Henry may try to kill himself, and races to try to stop him.

By far one of the best movies I've seen. The dialogues could have been a bit better though perhaps

So, this was pretty amazing. The cuts between the scenes created a surreal surrounding for the whole movie. It was really creative and I think it's one of the coolest movies I've seen for that kind of stuff. Aside from the technical stuff, it was a really heartbreaking movie too. In the end, I think everyone has to think "Well, what would I do?" I mean...can you really blame him?

Probably my number one favorite movie, based on the emotion and sheer artistic vision in it. It's not everyone's cup of tea, for sure, but its a beautifully confusing tale woven in a kaleidoscope of emotion, memories, and mystery. Plus it has some of the best quotes I've ever encountered in a movie. Also, did I mention its beautiful? Because it is.
