After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is eager to prove he has what it takes to be a true hero. Sonic 2 is what a sequal should be, expand the world, expand the lore, expand the characters and what is at stake. This movie does all that, it's the best videogame movie adaptation ever without doubts. Jim Carrey once again delivers, as it seems that Dr. Eggman was handmade tailored for him to play. Sonic and is animal friends are the main characters and it's a joy to see them on the screen, human parts tend to drag a little but they are quick and far between to really burdun the movie. The last act it's the best last Boss fight feel a movie can be. Awesome time and great movie saw it 2x.

The movie is so good, I think better than the first. Everyone who are fan of Sonic games, will see many references, and if you're not a fan, the movie is good too. A good movie to watch with the family and the kids loves the new characters. And the addition of Knucles and Tails is also very good.

An amazing video game movie and a GREAT Sonic movie, it has so many references and outside of one scene that felt like it lasted too long and was unnecessary, which would be the second half of the wedding scene, it was flawless, Knuckles and Eggman were also a so amazing and funny too, as were the rest of the cast. It would be a 10/10 if it weren't for the second half of the marriage scene, still a totally amazing movie everyone should see.
