Son of Godzilla (1967)

Reporter Goro Maki stumbles upon scientists conducting weather experiments on Sollgel Island in the South Seas. He discovers the island is inhabited by giant mantis and a woman named Saeko who's been cast away since the death of her father. The pair soon find a helpless infant monster that Godzilla must adopt and learn to raise as one of his own.

This is one Godzilla movie that I don't like. It has to be one of the worst in the series

Okay, so this isn't a great movie, but it was really entertaining, It's good enough I guess, given that it's a giant monster movie, but I thought there was too much filler with the humans. I wanted more stuff with just the monsters. I liked the look of Godzilla's son, though. He doesn't resemble his dad much, but he's a cute little bugger. This is delightfully cheesy, and a whole lot of fun, so even though this is just a but better than average, I still think it's an okay film to watch. It is kind of odd seeing a more light hearted Godzilla film, but it is really cute and charming nonetheless.

i always feel sorry for the little boy, but i like his yellow hat. actually he's kinda cool cause the bad guys never catch him and the girl becomes his "girlfriend" at the end

an alright story with a cute and lovable Baby Godzilla. great ending too
