Kate and Charlie like to have a good time. Their marriage thrives on a shared fondness for music, laughter… and getting smashed. The most accurate depiction of an alcoholic hitting bottom and finding AA that I've ever seen on film.

Winstead performance is superb through out the movie, but the magnificent ending belongs to Aaron Paul.

It is a strength of the movie that I wanted to see how this character gets sober and deals with the enablers in her life.

Great acting, writing, and directing, I saw it for Aaron Paul, and he was great in the movie, but Mary Elizabeth Winstead was amazing in this movie, both were definitely overlooked this year at the Oscars.

A great mix of commentary, entertainment and acting. It is short and to the point and never feels like it has a slow point or that it doesn't know where it is headed. It has a clear end game and every scene basically advances the characters to that point, so overall just a great movie.
