People are dying mysteriously and gruesomely, and nobody has a clue what the cause is. Only health worker Mike Brady has a possible solution, but his theory of killer slugs is laughed at by the authorities. Only when the body count begins to rise and a slug expert from England begins snooping around does it begin to look like Mike had the right idea after all.

I remember watching this movie in usa network. so I stream this in net flix the special effects was not bad

Oh yes, it's just as crappy as you would imagine a movie about carnivorous slugs would be... and it's glorious. Did you realize that "giant" (3-5 inch) slugs have tiny pointy teeth that they can use to tear into flesh? Terrifying? Or hilarious? If you like B movies, this is definitely one for the old Netflix queue.

what is mostly outrageous that this flick was ban in Austrailia! There isn't a level of extreme to offend the hotheads of Australia anyway. Although a decent gore effects, the movie doesn't match up to Juan Piquer Simon's "Pieces". A decent horror film with laughable praticle effects, including that of the slugs.
