Een hele mooie film, tempo ligt laag, weinig dialogen maar toch erg prachtig vanwege het verhaal, de australische omgeving en de manier van filmen.

A harrowing and disturbingly realistic portrayl of the indigenous communities in remote communities. Samson and Delilah is a love story expressed with a lack of dialouge; for the most part this works well; but there are a few scenes that you feel the need for something to be said yet it just sits there stagnant. Especially some of the earlier scenes with Samson trying to "win over" Delilah the awkward interaction between the two is quite odd to watch when nothing is being said. That said it is quite a powerful film and is well worth checking out.

A grim story of two Australian Aboriginal teenagers, Samson and Delilah who discover poverty and the harsh realities of life when they fall out with their tribe back home and decide to move to the city with little money. Lost and unwanted they try to survive the best they can... Great film.

This movie probably won't be able to win an award for its script, but that's a real pity. More is less.
