BASED ON A TRUE STORY, THIS IS A TOUCHING AND TRAGIC STORY THAT IS INSPIRING AS WELL. NICE CAST, BEAUTIFUL LOCATION SCENERY. I'M NOT TOO INTO "ANIMAL" FILMS, BUT THIS IS ONE OF THE BETTER ONES.

This film made me love all otters! I watch it every time I'm ill or sad: it's like a comfort blanket. The film doesn't pretend to be high art but its photography is captivating and the score is beautiful. A great film for when you need to escape!
