A lonely, down-on-her-luck waitress meets a handsome, quirky jewelry store clerk and thinks that maybe, finally, she's met Mr. Right. The more Molly gets to know Gus, the more she's intrigued by him. But she's also mystified. Gus is absent-minded, preoccupied. Is he hiding something? The short answer is: yes. He's reluctant to share with her that since suffering a brain aneurysm, he's totally lost his short-term memory. Every day is a brand new day, his life starts anew. Sweet movie, but I didn't like the ending. I felt is left a lot of questions unanswered. I felt sorry for the main character. 50 first dates was a very similar storyline but had a comedy element which I thought was a better.

This was a very sweet story with a confusing ending. I am going to interpret that as a happy ending since that is the only thing that makes sense.

I watch it because of Zachary Levi. It's a beautiful and warm movie. Really, not only because Zac was in it.

A guy with a telescope on his balcony! A budding florist! Pez dispensers! Rain! Hippocampus! I just loved this sweet and touching romcom set in New Orleans.
