lots of ineffective attempts at arty shots that should have been edited out. had the feel of a student project though the acting was commendable.

Definitely not the typical love story, and not for every viewer, but it came across as believable in the film's reality, though I doubt most men would ever do this.

a bittersweet romantic comedy with a strange plot and an ending that will let you share a tear

Marco Berger really knows how to show and how to handle emotion. In all of his creations the way he uses the camera is to create an atmosphere, a means to feel the tension that is building. He really has masteres in doing that, showing emotions, creating tension, narrating thoughts with his camera work. This is his very early movie and still it is really good, and feels like an early draft of what will come to be "Hawaii" his most perfect work till now.

For a guy that isn't usually into sitting through foreign movies by myself this movie had me begging for more.
