Badly directed and written, this predictable tale with a weak plot really didn't impress me. It must be Steven Seagal's man boobs and bad makeup job. The best part was a car chase scene where one vehicle flipped over another! Wooooo!

So close, yet so far away to being Steven's masterpiece. FAR too much acting from worthless characters not named Seagal. I mean the black guy in the movie that bust steven's balls is SO totally unnecessary and only detracts from Steven. Plot could've been less convoluted. The action should've been focused a little more as it was in Urban Justice. AWESOME AWESOME final scene. A great follow-up to Urban Justice and I only wish I could combine the movies. Reports of Mr. Seagal's death have been greatly exaggerated. Quality 80s action is BACK!

Fight Fight.. blah blah... lousy story line, Watch the show only beoz steven seagal is in it. Like watching his Aikido moves.

Always good to see Seagal killing a bunch of people with zero emotion. The filming effects were nice but a little behind the times. It was good to see them step up the budget a little bit.
