Though it most certainly doesn't have as much songs as the original film, Oz the Great and Powerful is a spectacular film that you'll enjoy a lot! It has plenty of funny scenes and the end will make you want to root on the good guys!

Loved it in 3D. I also enjoyed the twist to the story, but don't expect the classic Wizard of OZ here.

I liked it. It was not predictable. Made really well. Plus it explains the old wizard of oz movie.

New classic! Prequel to the original Wizard of Oz, this should be shown every year prior to the Wizard on TV!! Presented in same the way as the Wizard/Oz, it tells the story of how everything got to be the way it is in Oz before Dorothy arrives. Great Fantasy Land!
