Erlingsson makes striking use of Iceland's volcanic landscapes as he links a collection of stories on love, death, loyalty, suffering and sacrifice in which magnificent horses play a central role.

Benedikt Erlingsson's magnificently rugged-looking film offers darkly comic mishaps that play out over a series of sly vignettes.

Loved this film - from the quirky humor, great acting, touching love stories, Icelandic lifestyles, suspense and, the cinematography is stunning A film you will remember.

Absurd at times but never cease to be beautiful and Intriguing.

Best movie of Iceland in 2015. Great photo, but it is a movie without a logical story. It is more conceptual.
