Clever modern noir, with Steve Martin back as a dentist - this time, a good one (well, almost). Helena Bonham Carter is brilliant as a femme fatale.

A dentist gets caught up with a sexy patient who is a drug addict and ends up being a suspect in a murder. This is suppose to be a comedy but I did not find much funny about it although there are some parts were you will get a little chuckle. I always do enjoy watching Steve Martin and Laura Dern overplayed her role and simply was annoying. This movie was a little weird but still was decent to watch. And it had some decent twists too.

Elokuva oli ihan OK. Se ei erityisesti sÃ¤vÃ¤yttÃ¤nyt, mutta kyllÃ¤ sen katsoi ja sitÃ¤ voi jopa suositella muillekin!!! Leikkaus oli omalaatuista ja erityisesti kohtausten vaihtuessa oli kÃ¤ytetty rÃ¶ntgenkuvia yms. hienosti. Helena Bonham Carter varastaa tapansa mukaan koko shown loistavalla roolisuorituksellaan!! Elokuva on varmasti hammaslÃ¤Ã¤kÃ¤rikammoisen painajainen!!!

Second time watching this movie...a wild premise and great cinematograhy with black/white scenes. Good use of the cast, great plot twists. A guilty pleasure not seen by many people.
