I love Cary Grant. In this movie he plays a man who is fed up with living in the city (nyc) so he plans to build his dream house out in the country, but things don't go as planned.

I'm 30 years old, and this movie is one of the best I've ever seen. Has a lot of comedy. Introduced to me by my late father, who liked it as well.
