The handheld camera quality certainly doesn't help this film out, but other than that it has a lot of unrealised potential as the outline for the story is not too bad. It's main problem is that it doesn't engage the audience enough.

Great Movie!!! An original Vampire film. Keeps you guessing. A bit disturbing. Perhaps more disturbing for some. The acting is good and very well directed. Loved it. Great to see after the Twilight crap that's been all the rage.

I liked the story and character development. It was also very tender at times.

Horror films driven by ideas are thin on the ground, but behind the gory façade of Scott Leberecht's debut feature there ticks some cleverly assembled clockwork.

Shaun Munro 29 Aug 2011

Delivers a compelling, unique spin on the vampire mythos despite a subterranean budget. Hopefully Leberecht will attract plenty of attention as a result.
