Ok, so if you are looking for something similar to the original cult classic then you WILL be dissappointed. This is basically a dumb-ass teen horror, with a passing resemblence to the original Lost Boys, but the tone and style of the film are completely different. However, if you take this film for what it is and don't expect another masterpiece it's actually pretty cool. Well I think so anyway.

I loved the original Lost Boys, so I figured this second instalment couldnâ??t be that bad. Thankfully, I was right. The Tribe was quite good - It had a great soundtrack, and an attractive cast (Tad Hilgenbrink and Angus Sutherland) who are decent actors. Even the story is tolerable, and itâ??s pretty hard to make an enjoyable vampire movie nowadays.

Not a complete waste of time, some great references to the old movie that will make you laugh. I missed having the great twist at the end, though. The main vampire is the main vampire and that's it!
