Life Stinks (1991)

Affluent and arrogant businessman Goddard Bolt, feuding with rival Vance Crasswell over a land deal, makes a bet with Crasswell that he has the wits and street smarts to live penniless and anonymous on the rough streets of Los Angeles for thirty days. But Bolt has a rude awakening when the reality of homelessness hits him. Still, he finds a silver lining in a burgeoning romance with Molly, a former Broadway dancer who has fallen on hard times.

A Mel Brooks movie that is more than just slapstick and random non-sense. This movie actually has a heart and soul to it.

The ending is cheap and overdone, but the rest of it is top-notch. Brooks proves he can do subdued material.

This is so underrated! It's just a feel good, innocent story with really hilarious moments. This is obviously not a movie to take seriously or watch if you're in the mood for action or drama, but for comedy this is delightful and will leave you feeling good.

This is a hysterically funny movie...he is pepto!!!! Must watch it and you will see why Mel Brooks is a comedy legend!!!!!!

quirky. I did enjoy it as it was a pretty goofy 90 style movie. I found it entertaining.
