Gives a face to the unseen and a voice to the inaudible, spinning a sedate, respectful account of the gay rights movement as experienced by its foot soldiers.

A simple approach carries a strong emotional wallop in this sensitive documentary by French filmmaker Sebastian Lifshitz.

A beautifully assembled film which pays close attention to nature and judiciously incorporates black and white photographs and home movie footage alongside its interviews.

Passionate people speaking openly about their lives and loves, it's stirring stuff.

It's a documentary, about 70+ yo homo/ bisexual. And their lives, past and present, and their loves. It's so sweet. It's so full of wisdom. It doesn't rush and takes the time to know the people, to let them talk, to see them live. It's very respectful and avoid voyeurism. It's poetic, emotional, funny. But it never forgets it's cinema, the shots, the lights, the landscapes, the cut. I want to watch it again. I want to meet these people. I want to be like them at their age.
