Leprechaun 2 (1994)

A thousand years ago, the Leprechaun left a bloody trail when he ripped through the countryside in search of his stolen gold. Now he's back in the big city using all of his deadly tricks to snare the girl of his nightmares. His bloody quest becomes more deadly when her boyfriend steals one of the Leprechaun's gold coins. The town soon discovers two dead bodies and a trail of gold dust leads them to the Leprechaun's lair.

If you can get past Shevonne Durkin's shitty acting and some occasionally bad writing, this is actually an alright movie. The story will most likely keep you entertained, but the main reason to watch Leprechaun 2 is for Warwick Davis' hilarious and awesome performance of the leprechaun. But if you're not a fan of the Leprechaun series, than definitely stay away from this one.

Rodman Flender est vraiment un meilleur rÃ©alisateur que Mark Jones. La rÃ©alisation est beaucoup professionnelle que Leprechaun 1. L'acting est mieux, le scÃ©nario innove au lieu de faire copie Ã l'original. Warwick Davis est encore plus drÃ´le et charismatique que le premier. La production Value est vrmt meilleure et les meurtres sont crÃ©atifs. Bref, Leprechaun 2 est meilleur que le 1...

Goofy and yet I was rather fond of it. The leprechaun seemed to make more sense in this one and there was more to the story. The effects weren't too good though, and the jokes weren't very funny, but it's still a fun little horror flick.

Légèrement mieux que le premier épisode. Un peu plus sérieux tout en conservant une légère touche d'humour. Les meurtres sont originaux et conviennent bien à l'univers du principal antagoniste. Un peu lent à démarrer mais on se reprend bien dans la seconde moitié du film. Warwick Davis est toujours aussi convaincant.
