I wonder if there was any sort of legal repercussions as the music for Kolobos bears a strong resemblance to Goblin's score for Suspiria. A perfect little time capsule of the late 1990s, my high school days. Made me miss my ugly blue sweater with rainbow stripes down the sleeves.

I thought this movie was ok. Nothing special. We watched it on Halloween and a friend of mine went home and had nightmares and couldn't sleep. The next day we all laughed at him and it was the funniest thing. So I am a little bias for this movie after that.

Not particulaly well written or acted but great fun. A group of teenagers are forced to spend the night in a house which they discover, the hard way, is full of malicious and gruesome booby traps. Some wonderfully gorey death scenes and even a few genuinly scarey moments. It was better than a lot of the other 'teen-slasher' flicks out at the time. Well worth a watch.

A really well crafted slasher film, that is really underrated (well, seems to be completely unheard of...). Good story, actings decent enough and its nearly original. That makes it a classic in the slasher field. Plus I still find parts of it creepy. Well worth an hour and a half of your time. Just don't expect anything too deep :)
