Bent on the destruction of the human race, the secret underground organization Shocker secretly planned to plunge the world into chaos. But they didn't count on the revolt of both of their experimentally "reconstructed" human beings, the Kamen Riders. Two years after their first battle with Shocker, a 3rd Rider arises to confront them, known only as "Version 3." The arrival of the third Kamen Rider will hurl the heroes into their most terrible battle yet and the fate of the world hangs in the balance.

More mature, darker and violent, the sequel to KR The First follows 2 years later with Hongo now a science teacher at a high school and a bit of a laughing stock for the pupils. The terrorist organisation Shocker is planning to kill humans using nano virus technology. Those that are immune to the virus get to be soldiers for Shocker. Also a pop idol Chiharu seems to be involved too. This movie introduces us to Kamen Rider V3 and along the 2 original riders team up to wipe out Shocker once and for all. It's got a lot more action than KR The First and has quite a fair share of blood which is unusual for KR movies. The plot is a bit of a mess but the action more than makes up for that.

a great movie.just as good at kamen rider the first but with more action.i thought it had a sad ending with V3 having to kill his sister and with rider 2 dying but other then that it was awesome.

half a star better than the last installment. improved action, get on with the show rather than trying out at half cooked drama and unconvincing story line and boring arch. should give it to chris nolan, then suddenly the agony, pain, avenge, all these emotions become so much more apparent and real. sad a great franchise being bastardized so badly to the point i wish they dont do remake....sigh

Better than Kamen rider the first. It does have more stunts. I hope there are kamen rider movies like this.
