Joy is an excellent film. It is about Joy who rose to become founder and matriarch of a powerful family business dynasty. Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper give incredible performances. The screenplay is well written. David O. Russell did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and humor. Joy is a must see.

I adored the brilliance of this movie. There were great life lessions in phrases throught that truck me as the intelligent thread that tied the movie together. Additionally I adored Joy's triumphs without having a romantic play on her heroin end role. My only criticism is that I found the opening set up of tge film slow, but by 15 minutes in you become invested and the flow is then a perfect high, low rollercoaster ride!
