The film was average at best. The idea was there, but it wasn't executed well enough. SPOILER: At the end when it was revealed that one of the demons was the main characters brother, it didn't make any sense as the brother Joel lived in USA, not Jerusalem. It wasn't explained well enough and left me confused.

La vi recién y la verdad la encontré bastante interesante y entretenida para el género de metraje encontrado, no es una película de 10 pero para mi estuvo muy bien para pasar un rato en la noche, tiene buen ritmo y una ambientación que hace recordar a Así en la Tierra como en el Infierno pero en Israel en vez de Francia, y a Terror en Chernobyl por los jumpscares, esta última una de mis favoritas. Resta puntos el final obvio de la mayoría de este tipo de películas, personajes simpáticos pero desechables y el conflicto de fondo que apenas si es mencionado.

Formulaic, joyless and about as scary as having to sit through your distant relatives holiday snaps! Think [REC] minus the tension or overwhelming sense of dread - 'Jeruzalem' scores a couple of brownie points for an innovative setting and a more than interesting third act, however, by then...there's this overwhelming sense of too little, too late.

There are moments in the picture that hint at greater things to come, and the helmers have potential as horror handlers, but "Jeruzalem," at best, is sharp short film uncomfortably stretched out into a plodding feature.
