A true story aboutGerry Conlon. Very good actors, especially Daniel Day-Lewis. Seen it many times and every time it amazes me.

I couldnt believe how unreal this movie was. It's like this movie's been forgotten over the last 15 years. Daniel Day Lewis gives one of his best performances. This proves he's the new generation of great actors. I've never seen a movie with DDL that I didnt love. You get so into it and feel for the characters. If you love justice this is your movie lol.

Daniel Day-Lewis and Pete Postlethwaite both are acting pretty well with no doubt. But it is the resolute speech of Emma Thompson delivered at the last of her defense speech in the court moves me deeply.

This movie could remind me over and over just what good film making is about. Take an unforgettable performance by Daniel Day-Lewis and mix it in with one of the best screenplays of all generations and you've got one of the best films ever made.
