At nearly two and a half hours, Husbands is a story without a story, depicting three men practically entirely in their very unhealthy friendship.

I probably enjoyed this film more than I should. When familiar with male ego interfering with human decency, I nodded through most of the points being shown. The sad part is, near 40 years later not much has changed.
