Hook (1991)

The boy who wasn't supposed to grow up—Peter Pan—does just that, becoming a soulless corporate lawyer whose workaholism could cost him his wife and kids. During his trip to see Granny Wendy in London, the vengeful Capt. Hook kidnaps Peter's kids and forces Peter to return to Neverland.

This is the best film in the world. It is so inspirational- it teaches you - If you can dream it you can achieve it. Everyone should watch this. Something threw life circumstances we forget who we are and our greatness. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS FILM Pure Brilliance

Maybe I'm a bit sentimental due to recent events, but I think the low critical approval rating on this is proof that critics are uptight morons!!

Weird. I don't know anyone who doesn't love this film. Dustin Hoffman is the best Captain Hook ever. Bob Hoskins as Smee is just fantastic. Robin Williams works in both sides of his character's personality. The film's only drawback is too much Julia Roberts, but with the salary she was drawing at that time, it makes sense, even though I often fast forward through her scenes.
