Kind of the movie that you can relate with for the socially inept at heart. But truly has that appeal to reach out to the imaginative creativity brought about by the writer/director. Charming and completely unpredictable in a sense that you can like it quite a lot. But it's Aussie artsy feel just totally drains with short appeal to keep a sudden interest for the loving couple. I couldn't determine much of a chemistry between the Griff and the Melody. At least I can say the message is very poignant and truly relate to the protagonist in heart, but to even consider this as a memorable feature doesn't hold well to a fashionable taste in a presentable movie for the superhero in all of us.

The latest of the "average-guy-turned-superhero" movies, does little to nothing to pander to neither comic-fans nor action buff. Instead it delivers a gripping drama with a compelling message. But you may need special goggles to see it...

Like Wes Anderson doing Kick Ass, but not at all really. Quirky and fairly likable but by no means a classic.

It would be easy to dismiss Griff The Invisible as just another "quirky" Australian dramedy, but it's more than that. As an exploration of the collision between dreams and delusions, between loneliness and love, it's wonderful.

Excellent performances from both Kwanten and Dermody, definitely funny & quirky but serious in nature, a lovingly imaginative film that many would find relatable I'm sure.
