So I can't say a whole lot of great things about Paul Morrissey, but with Joe Dallesandro, who needs to? He's also not the greatest actor, but then again he doesn't have to, because he's Joe Dallesandro. He's old enough to be my father but I don't care, he was the best looking actor EVER.

A very funny and sweet movie. Some of the best moments is when Joe gos to visit Geri the go go dancer and friends Jackie Curtis and Candy Darling. They give some of the funniest diolouge in movie history. It's so much more than just a 24 hour day in the life of a hustler.

59/100. This is really like a home movie documentary, obviously an extremely low budget film, poorly made with awful editing and photography, but it does have a certain fascination about it, perhaps because it seems so real and natural. The acting is hard to judge because it?s like watching real people. It is amazing this was filmed in 1968. I am sure there was nothing else like it back then and it would be considered a racy even by today's standards. This is the first movie of three Paul Morrissey did in collaboration with Andy Warhol.
