Fierce Creatures (1997)

Ex-policeman Rollo Lee is sent to run Marwood Zoo, the newly acquired business of a New Zealand tycoon. In order to meet high profit targets and keep the zoo open, Rollo enforces a new 'fierce creatures' policy, whereby only the most impressive and dangerous animals are allowed to remain in the zoo. However, the keepers are less enthusiastic about complying with these demands.

Not as good as a Fish Called Wanda, but still a classic.

John Cleese comes up trumps with this spiffing Ealing Esq comedy caper.

This pseudo-sequel is not as polished as A Fish Called Wanda, but it is just as funny. Only John Cleese could hold his head high and be proud for playing a character that is thought to sleep with animals. The last two lines are sheer brilliant as they reference the pseudo-prequel.

Riotously funny from start to finish, this mislead sequel/spinoff to "A Fish Called Wanda" benefits from the hilarious performances of its well-known cast including John Cleese, Jamie Lee Curtis and Kevin Kline.
