I have no clue what people complained about. the movie was actually really good. I liked the story, I liked the pacing, I like the back issues of the characters...the science was plausible, the government reaction was reasonable, the explanation of how they got their powers, though were along the lines of Brundle-Fly...still didn't piss me off. I just missed Stan Lee's appearance on this film. sigh. this was a good movie. it did what movies are supposed to do, entertain and engage the imagination.

when i saw this movie it had a good begining it did had some good character development with the main characters ironically that i could think its a 31 rating making this movie being laid off of mixed reviews

Lot of hate for this movie because that's all anyone does anymore on the Internet - lot of "comic book" science in the first half with an entertaining conclusion.
