I thought the movie was quite innovative and, though it did have its flaws, overall a great movie. Especially compared to some of the zombie movies I've seen. The graphic interludes were simplistic yet still artistic and seemed to mesh well with the movie itself. Character development was very well done. Though I did wish for slightly more dramatic silences to help the protagonists character build up rather than some of the third person narration, I don't feel that this issue caused any major flaw to the movie. While this movie would be a disappointment for someone looking for scenes filled with massive amounts of gore and blood, I believe that anyone looking for a realistic, innovative, deeper view on the aftermath of a zombie outbreak would love this movie as much as I did.

Excellent narration by Cox. Great illustrations, acting and production, but it's too long and too slow. Needed more action and horror, less drama.

Civil war meets zombies with a narration of a mans journey through a plagued world. Yep, sounds as boring as the synopsis. 21/7/2012

Ridiculous plot, silly narrative which is preachy and irreverent, but has a little pathos, but not really worth mentioning thus advise to give this film amiss.

An interesting approach to the zombie genre, that much credit can be given but it lack a certain flair to it. Good performance by the protagonist, not so good from the antagonist. Maybe further exploration into this western zombie genre would yield better results
