One of the best sci-fi movies of all time. Do not doubt this movie based on the low ratings for it will be there to absolutely show you up!

Equilibrium, a love this movie. For me it's really a very great action movie. Very great story. Very great action scene's. The best movie with Christian Bale. Not the best movie with Sean Bean, but he did a good job in the movie. The best movie from Kurt Wimmer. A like this movie a lot.

I saw this movie without knowing a thing about it, but I'm glad I watched it because it is f*cking awesome. In a future were emotions are prohibited by the government in order to reduce violence, a grammaton, John Preston (Christian Bale) starts to doubt about the government. This movie has some of the coolest and most bad-ass fights and shootings I've seen, Christian Bale is completely amazing as Preston and does a fantastic job. The plot of the movie is good, the directing and camera work are also very good which make Equilibrium a fantastic action, sic-fi movie, which I liked even more than The Matrix. 5/5

I loooved that movie and I watch it at least once a year. It has everything: romantic love, love for animals, for music and art, for liberty. And there are great gun kata scenes. It has something of Ira Levin's dystopic S-F story "A Perfect Day" and of Ray Bradbury's "Fahrenheit 451", which are 2 of my favorite s-f stories.
