BAD DIRECTED, HORRIBLE ACTING. A MOVIE JUST TO SHOCK, IT DOESNT WORK FOR ME

This film is just wrong on so many levels that I can't even begin to start explaining it... if you love your films very un-PC, highly offensive, completely disgusting, wildly racist, overtly sexist, showing a total disregard for both human and animal life and wildly over the top then this is definately the film for you. If you are in the least bit easily shocked then give this a miss, you really won't enjoy it. This film has little to no chance of ever being seen in the UK but is well worth hunting down if you love such titles as 'Street Trash', 'Bad Taste' or 'Brain Dead'... although it makes them seem very tame by comparison. OK, the charachters are a little cardboard and some of the acting is terrible but it's one of those films that is a joy to watch if you love shock cinema, definately one for an evening's drinking & bad movies!!!

Finally, a Cat III film for the whole family. While watching this (the great Discotek DVD release) I remembered that I thought of this as more of a real bad taste comedy than a terrifying, offensive horror film. Wong is outrageous as the utter scumbag Kai and Herman Yau does a great job on keeping the sleaziness on screen. For example, nothing's happened for a while? Have the cab Anthony Wong is in run over a mouse. There, all better. Amazing, and one of the best Cat III shockers. I AM EBOLA!

Anthony Wong Chau-Sang (Infernal Affairs) stars in this outrageously bloody, disturbing, and often out right disgusting HK horror flick. Wong plays an extremely horny serial killer, who not only attempts to rape every girl he sees, but then travels to Africa to acquire the ebola virus, and then returns to HK to infect virtually everyone. Part of the beauty of HK cinema is seeing things which would never be allowed in U.S. cinemas, but even at times, 'Ebola Syndrome' can be too much to handle. Definitely memorable, but that's not necessarily a great thing.

The guy in this film is so horrible. He suddenly goes to Africa and rapes some girl who is obviously very diseased, then he goes back home and runs around killing people and cooking them into Ebola infested meat patties and feeding them to people. Yeah, it's pretty terrible.
