Penelope Spheeris feature about two punk rockers looking for their friend's killers tries to be too much. Part road trip adventure film, part revenge movie and part comedy. Probably could have worked best as a serious revenge movie.

Three NYC punks leave the Big Apple behind to start a music career in California. On their journey they are eventually jumped by bikers in which one of them is killed. With no support from law enforcement, the punks take revenge themselves.
